Our role
Sunderland Landlord Compliance is a managed property compliance service and consultancy, not the council or an enforcement authority. The inspection, its findings and any decisions that follow are matters for the local authority, and no outcome can be guaranteed. Attendance is quoted separately and confirmed in writing.
