Portfolio quote process

Single properties or managed portfolios

Letting agents can submit quote requests for single properties or managed portfolios. SLC reviews the information, confirms what services are required and coordinates appointments through appropriate third-party professionals.

For multi-property portfolios, SLC also supports certificate visibility, renewal date tracking and missing-record identification across a managed property list.

Letting agents have a key role under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) in logging tenant hazard reports, escalating them to the landlord and keeping dated written and photographic evidence of inspections and remedial works. No payment is taken at quote request stage. Once a quote is accepted, payment instructions are issued by Stripe payment link or bank transfer. Payment in full is required to secure the booking date and time.
