How the coordination works in practice

This illustrates the workflow we follow on HMO instructions. It is not a record of a completed case and not a promise of any council outcome.

• The landlord sends the certificates and documents already held.
• We review them against what the relevant council usually asks for.
• Gaps are listed in writing, for example an out of date EICR or a missing fire risk assessment.
• Where the landlord instructs managed support, outstanding items are coordinated through appropriately qualified independent specialists.
• The evidence is organised into one file, ready for the landlord to submit.
