What this service is
Compliance Renewal Tracking is the platform layer that keeps a rental property's compliance certificates and renewal dates organised in one place. Each property has its own record showing what is in date, what is due soon and what needs arranging next.
When a renewal is due, SLC issues a quote and, once accepted, coordinates the next check with the relevant accredited engineer or assessor.
This service is compliance tracking and renewal coordination only. It is not full property management, does not cover arrears management and does not constitute legal advice.
